WikiSWOT, la SWOT analysis collaborative
Après la (re-)création collaborative d'organigramme d'entreprises avec The Official Board, voici à ma connaissance le premier service permettant de créer des matrices d'analyse SWOT à plusieurs. Celles-ci sont un grand classique des techniques d'aide à l'analyse pour l'intelligence économique.
L'idée de Wikiswot est que chacun puisse créer une matrice pour les organisations de son choix, celle-ci pouvant ensuite être enrichie par les autres utilisateurs du service. Il en existe déjà une bonne centaine accessibles gratuitement.

Si je trouve l'idée intéressante je rester sceptique quant à l'utilité de tels outils. L'analyse d'une organisation ne se conçoit selon moi qu'en fonction d'un contexte, notamment concurrentiel. J'ai bien peur qu'ici l'on ne partage que des généralités finalement sans intérêt.

Evidemment, on peut aussi creer une page SWOT dans le wiki interne, avec une sous-page pour chacune des initiales, mais l'avantage ici, est qu'on visualise de suite le fameux carre ...
