Découvrez les chapitres 2 et 3 de L'essentiel du PKM

Comme je l'indiquais dans le billet annonçant la sortie de notre ouvrage commun, Organisez vos données personnelles, l'essentiel du PKM, nous avons utilisé comme trame de travail le modèle TIICC. Nous nous sommes toutefois arrêté plus longuement sur l'aspect gestion de l'Information qui représente la première partie d'un livre qui en compte deux. Les chapitres relatifs à cette partie détaillent pour leur part un modèle d'information literacy classique qui reprend les éléments suivants :
  • Chapitre 1 : La naissance du PKM (introduction à cette notion)
  • Chapitre 2 : Collecter les données
  • Chapitre 3 : Organiser l'information
  • Chapitre 4 : Evaluer l'information
  • Chapitre 5 : Présenter l'information
  • Chapitre 6 : Collaborer autour de l'information
  • Chapitre 7 : Sécuriser l'information
Vous pouvez dès maintenant lire en ligne les chapitres 2 et 3 qui comptent respectivement 31 et 33 pages. Vous y apprendrez :
  • comment préparer une recherche d'information sur le web
  • comment mettre en place une veille sur vos sources
  • quelles sont les familles de moteurs de recherche à connaître
  • comment pratiquer le social bookmarking
  • comment stocker les informations découvertes
  • comment optimiser le rangement de votre PC mais aussi de votre bureau irl
  • comment nommer correctement vos fichiers pour mieux les retrouver,...
  • comment gérer votre messagerie
  • comment ieux gérer vos flux RSS,...
Par ailleurs, à chaque fin de chapitre vous trouverez une interview d'un spécialiste du sujet :
  • Isabelle Macquart
  • Yves Caseau, directeur des services d'information de Bouygues Telecom et animateur du blog Architecture organisationnelle, qui évoque, pour la partie "Organiser l'informaition", le concept de lean email.
