23 outils et 1 méthodologie pour analyser les sites de ses concurrents sur le web
Grâce au toujours très pertinent Kristan Wheaton (déjà évoqué dans ce billet), je découvre l'excellent travail d'un de ses étudiants (je crois que c'est un de ses étudiants). Ce dernier a en effet eu la bonne idée de dédier un mini-site web aux pratiques d'analyse concurrentielle qu'il est possible de mener via les services dits "SEO" (search engines optimization). Il m'enlève par la même occasion une sacrée épine du pied (que je m'étais moi-même enfoncé) puisque j'avais amassé depuis plusieurs mois une bonne soixantaine de services de ce genre dans un but similaire, sans parvenir à en faire quelquechose de concluant.
Ces méthodes habituellement utilisées par les spécialistes du référencement, peuvent bien sûr s'avérer fort utiles pour tous ceux qui pratiquent la veille concurrentielle. Merci pour cette info, ce site est effectivement une bonne ressource contenant des liens vers les principales références donc nous ayons besoin :) .
Il est juste dommage qu'il ait été fait dans le plus pur style années 90 : couleurs sombres, fond d'écran rendant illisible le texte, on dirait même qu'il y a des frames ! Mais peut-être est-ce un hommage voulu aux pionniers du Web 1.0 ? ;)

Malheureusement cela n'empêchera pas mes concurrents de continuer les coups bas mais au moins je pourrais professionaliser la veille.
