Le célèbre think tank américain y propose un rapport intitulé "The Global Course of the Information Revolution" dans lequel il prévoit notamment que les Etats-Unis devraient continuer à diriger la révolution informationnelle dans les années à venir. Un second rapport intitulé "Shaping the Next One Hundred Years" présente de nouvelles méthodes pour la prospective.
