Speaking Image, un service qui permet le travail collaboratif autour d'une image

Comme son nom l'indique, Speaking Image est un service qui permet de travailler à plusieurs sur une même image ou photo. Travailler signifiant ici commenter et/ou ajouter du contenu.

Une fois l'image uploadé il est en effet possible de créer un groupe privé en lançant des invitations par email. Une fois les destinataires inscrits ils pourront commencer à travailler sur l'image grâce à une palette d'outils simple et facile à utiliser. Il pourront alors ajouter :
  • des layers
  • des entourages (polygones, lignes, rectangles,...)
  • des blocs de texte
  • des points d'intérêt (marques)
  • autant de wikis thématiques que de points d'intérêt présents dans l'image
L'intérêt de cet outil pour la veille et l'intelligence économique ? Je dirais que les usages sont à inventer puisque l'outil est nouveau mais j'en vois potentiellement plusieurs :
  • se constituer une base photographique des produits concurrents
  • faire travailler des "experts" internes sur le décortiquage/l'analyse d'un produit concurrent
  • commenter des photos prises sur un salon
  • commenter des implantations de concurrents sur une carte géographique
  • etc
Pour mémoire et afin de travailler à partir d'un cas pratique, nous avons déterré cette carte issue des services de renseignements de l'Empire qui a servi de prétexte à l'invasion de la planète Tatooine il y a longtemps, dans une galaxie lointaine. Toute ressemblance avec des faits qui se seraient produit ultérieurement étant évidemment pure coïncidence :-)

Bon, trève de plaisanterie. Ce service est vraiment bien fait et son potentiel me semble évident pour la phase "analyse" du so famous cycle du renseignement.
