A l'occasion de sa conférence annuelle la SLA (Special Libraries Association) publie une interview de Peter Drucker, le créateur du concept de "knowledge worker", dans laquelle il donne sa vision actuelle de ce que sont les informations, les données, les connaissances et de la place du travailleur de l'information.
